On this page, you’ll find information on a software update and service visit for your Hydropanels.
Your Hydropanels are still making fresh, high-quality, mineralized drinking water. But on some of the panels, the water pump isn’t shutting down or starting up correctly.
You may or may not be experiencing the issue but, if there are times when you suddenly can’t get water, often in the evening or early morning, this is probably why. If the issue continues, the pump can break.
The solution
To fix the problem, we’re remotely pushing out a software update that will protect the pump until we can come out and replace it.
In the coming weeks a crew will visit to do that replacement and give your panels any other service they need.
If you have any challenges with your panels after the software update or in-person service, let us know right away.
