The Farm is a collection of micro-businesses with a mission to inspire their community to lead healthy, sustainable lifestyles. The Farm’s restaurant, Three Blue Ducks, wished to provide customers with premium drinking water without sacrificing the eco-friendly principles on which their establishment was founded.

Water is a precious commodity in Australia – the driest continent on Earth. In order to satisfy guests’ needs and live up to the high-end standards of the restaurant, Three Blue Ducks relied on wasteful and unreliable bottled and filtered water.

SOURCE Project

The Farm partnered with SOURCE to install 10 Hydropanels at Three Blue Ducks. Mounted on the roof, visitors can now enjoy a glass of delicious and renewable SOURCE water made from the sunlight and air all around them.
