Located in Quezon City, Philippines, Seda Vertis North hotel is owned and managed by Ayala Land Inc. (ALI). ALI aims to achieve “carbon neutrality” by 2022 by reducing greenhouse gas emissions in its commercial properties, thereby contributing to global climate change mitigation efforts.
ALI Properties and their guests throughout the Philippines generate significant single-use plastic waste due to a dependence on plastic bottles, rendering the company’s sustainability goals unattainable.
To offset this plastic pollution, Seda Vertis North commissioned four SOURCE Hydropanels for their rooftop restaurant and bar. This SOURCE Hydropanel arrays provides Seda Vertis North an off-grid supply of high-quality, delicious drinking water for guests, while eliminating the need for plastic bottles.
